Serpentine PavilionFurniture shop in Cologne, Germany
The Serpentine Pavilion 2016 is designed by the prominent Danish architect Bjarke Ingels (Bjarke Ingels Group/BIG). The Pavilion is part of the prestigious annual summer exhibition in Kensington Gardens in London – one of the most visited architectural and design exhibitions in the world – and is used as a café by day and as a forum for performing artists, writers and musicians at night. The three-dimensional structure of the Pavilion combined with the beautiful look and warmth of the wood help create a spectacular architectural monument.
Various WOCA products have been used to enhance the beautiful structure and warmth of the wood. The exquisite flooring and furniture have been cleaned to get rid of any dirt, then primed to add adhesion and durability and finally oiled for maximum protection.
